As the summer season has arrived we have curated a reel-down list of the best animes to watch in summer 2022.
Some are long-awaited series like overload or made in the abyss. so without wasting more time let’s start.
1. Call Of The Night

Call of the night story revolves around a middle school student named Kou Yamori, despite being good at studies Yamori lost his interest in his day-to-day life which result in his developing insomnia and started walking alone at night.
At one such night walk, Yamori meets a weird girl, Nazuna Nanakusa, who happens to be a vampire. when Yamori finds out that she is a vampire, having lost his interest in his life now he wants to become a vampire. but to do this he has to fall in love with Nazuna.
Call of the night has beautiful nightlife scenes and great rom-com. This new anime series of summer 2022 has some high hopes from our anime community.
2. Vermeil in Gold
MAL Score: 7.28
Alto, a first-year student of Royal Ortigia Magic Academy who is failing in summoning magic class and having to repeat the year, as for his last attempt to clear the test, he stumbles upon a summoning grimoire and draws a magic circle, before he knows he had summoned a demon named vermeil who was feared by in the ancient times.
Later Vermeil becomes Alto familiar but as a familiar, she had to replenish her magical energy from alto via a passionate kiss.
The royal road fantasy of a magician on the edge of failure and an unhealthy devil sister begins!
3. My Isekai Life
MAL Score: 6.59
A Black Company employee named, Yuuji Sano is isekaied to a fantasy world while finishing his work at home. As he explores this fantasy world he found out his profession is monster tamer. As he progresses further he stumbles upon a slime who led him to more slimes to try his skill he tamed all the slime.
However, thanks to some slimes he met, which read several magical books, he gained magical powers and a second profession, Sage. Yuuji acquired overwhelming power, but is he conscious of his strength? Blindly becoming unparalleled and strongest in the world!
4. Engage Kiss
MAL Score: 7.29
Veyron City—a mega-floating metropolis created from the discovery of new energy sources.
Shuu, a young man who owns and operates a small business in the area, leads a meager life due to his reckless spending. Kisara, a girl who visits Shuu’s office and home because she is constantly concerned about him. She works while attending high school in Veyron City, doing everything from clerical work to housework. Ayano, Shuu’s ex-girlfriend and a senior colleague at the corporation he had previously worked for, is also worried about him.
Thus begins the slapstick romantic comedy of three people in a slightly unusual relationship that takes place on an artificial island in the Pacific Ocean.

5. My Stepmom’s Daughter Is My Ex
MAL Score: 7.27
Mizuto Irido and Yume Ayai are two high school students who used to be middle school lovers but end up breaking up at graduation.
However, these two becomes siblings after their parent’s remarriage. This anime story situation is kinda weird but it will be very interesting to watch how they will end up.
6. When Will Ayumu Make His Move?
MAL Score: 7.62
A first-year Ayumu Tanaka quits kendo club to join the illegitimate Shogi Club. Urushi Yaotome, the president of the club and a master of shogi, is thrilled to finally have a playing partner.
As Ayumu’s upperclassman, Urushi endeavors to be his shogi mentor and student role model. Too often, however, she finds herself blushing with embarrassment! Stone-faced and honest, Ayumu sees no issue with calling Urushi “cute.”
Although Ayumu likes her, he refrains from confessing and promises himself to first beat her in a game of shogi. Ayumu enjoys every second with Urushi, but he is still a long way from beating her in shogi. With the commitment he made to himself, will Ayumu ever get the chance to confess his feelings to Urushi?

As she works with the group, Berry learns about Zero, a mysterious figure who lurks within Tom Sawyer’s underground. She and Hack decide to chase down this figure, and in time, the truth behind the city is revealed…

11. Made in Abyss: The Golden City of the Scorching Sun

Directly after the events of Made in Abyss Movie 3: Dawn of the Deep Soul, the fifth installment of Made in Abyss covers the adventure of Reg, Riko, and Nanachi in the Sixth Layer, The Capital of the Unreturned.

This is the sequel to the popular series rent a girlfriend. Kazuya Kinoshita recently got dumped by his girlfriend, to tease her he rents a girl to be his girlfriend from a mobile app.
At first, Chizuru Mizuhara seems to be the perfect girl with everything he could possibly ask for great looks and a cute, caring personality. Later, Chizuru reveals her true nature: sassy and temperamental, the complete opposite of Kazuya’s first impression. At that very moment, Kazuya receives news of his grandmother’s collapse and is forced to bring Chizuru along with him to the hospital.
Although it turns out to be nothing serious, his grandmother is ecstatic that Kazuya has finally found a serious girlfriend, which had always been her wish. Unable to tell her the truth, Kazuya and Chizuru are forced into a fake relationship—acting as if they are true lovers.
13. Overlord IV

Yggdrasil is a virtual reality game renowned for the freedom it offers its players.
