The winter season has ended with exciting animes and Now this spring season is about to end as well. There is a lot of anime airing right now, but the question is, “Which one to start with?”.

So, to fulfill your appetite we have to create the Top 10 Must-Watch Anime in Spring 2021 list.

This list includes my own listing that I’m currently watching and it doesn’t matter what genre these popular anime has – the only basis for being on this list is the anime has to be enjoyable that anime fans can’t stop talking about.

Winter has ended with plenty of great new anime shows like Horimiya, Wonder Egg Priority, Dr. Stone: Stone Wars, and much more. Now the time has come to start a new refreshing anime series.

 

10. How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord

The first season has ended in the summer, 2018 with an exciting story. If you haven’t watched 1st season then I recommend watching 1st season before watching 2nd season. This anime slightly contains nudity and explicit content so watch at your own risk.

Takuma Sakamoto is an ordinary human who once summoned to the world of his own MMORPG, Cross Reverie, with the appearance of his own character in the game, as known as the Demon Lord Diablo. The two young girls who summoned him wanted to use a spell to make takuma their servant, but the spell bounce back and a slave collars stuck on their necks. All this story has already shown in 1st season and Now the Demon Lord aka Diablo is back once again with another season.

9. Burning Kabaddi

 

This anime follows a sport named Kabaddi that originates in India. The majority of the anime community might know about this sport or maybe heard of kabaddi, but it’s the first time I’m watching a sports anime that imitates the rule of kabaddi.

A first-year high schooler Tatsuya Yoigoshi, a once nationally recognized soccer player has come to dislike sports for some reason and has abandoned his sports life to become a famous live streamer on the internet. One day, he receives an invitation to join the kabaddi club even though he doesn’t know about kabaddi, he joins after watching an intense competition similar to martial arts at a practice session.

8. Don’t Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro

“Don’t toy with me, Miss Nagatoro”, is an anime television series of the manga Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san, is directed by Hirokazu Hanai. This anime is similar to “Uzaki-chan wants to hang out!” where she doesn’t stop to tease her senpai.

A high schooler Hayase Nagatoro loves to spend her free time doing one thing and that is bully her senpai. Nagatoro and her friends find enjoyment in bullying the introverted senpai. She visits him daily and keeps playing her cruel game so that she can force him into doing whatever interests her.

7. So I’m a Spider, So What?

So I’m a Spider, So What? (Kumo desu ga, Nani ka?) is a Japanese light novel series written by Okina Baba and illustrated by Tsukasa Kiryu. You have already watched “that time I got reincarnated as a slime” where the main character has died and reincarnated as a slime.
In this anime, A high school girl who died in the classroom explosion got reincarnated as a dungeon spider and trying hard to survive against creatures much stronger than herself.

6. Bakuten!!

Bakuten!! (English translation, “Backflip”) is an original Japanese anime series written by Toshizo Nemoto, animated by Zecks, and directed by Toshimasa Kuroyanagi. Character designs are provided by Robico, the author of My Little Monster. You have seen people who do gymnastics in TV shows or even you’ve seen them in real life practicing backflips, but have you heard about men’s rhythmic gymnastics?

A boy named Shoutarou Futaba, who’s enchanted with men’s rhythmic gymnastics and didn’t know what he will do in the future ends up joining a gymnastic club in Ao High School after seeing gymnastics in his third year of middle school. He’s welcomed by very unique senpais and a star gymnast names Misato Ryouya also called an Ace.

5. Zombie Land Saga: Revenge

Do you like watching Zombie shows or movies? or you like it when it comes to comedy? I know most anime fans already know the answer when it comes to an anime.

Zombie Land Saga is an anime television series produced by MAPPA. This is the second series titled Zombie Land Saga: Revenge and the first series aired in Japan between October and December 2018.

In This Anime, A group of legendary girls has become zombie idols to save saga prefecture. They all gathered from several different eras, The return of this modern zombie idol anime! One day, a girl named Sakura Minamoto loses her life in an unfortunate accident. After Ten years, Sakura wakes up in a strange mansion where a mysterious idol producer Kotaro Tatsumi explains to her that she will be joining a group of legendary girls to form an idol group.

The seven girls were given the mission or you can quest to save Saga prefecture as Franchouchou, and after mastering the difficulties generated by being of different ages and eras in history, their undead zombie bodies granted them to challenge all the limits of what an idol can be.

4. Odd Taxi

 

Odd taxi is filled with mystery and comedy. You have watched too many animes related to the mystery genre like Detective Conan, kami no you also known as Tower of God, and the most popular anime Attack on Titan, but we can’t compare odd taxi to these anime because this anime has a different animation style and character design. It might feel like you are watching shinchan in modern animation. Odd Taxi is a Japanese anime television series produced by OLM and P.I.C.S.

Kotokawa is a taxi driver who lives an ordinary life, a 41-year-old. Kotokawa has shown to have no relatives and doesn’t have much to do with others, but he always has a conversation with strange customers that ride in his taxi on their way home. Several days ago, a high school girl has disappeared and all this conversation he’s having with those strange customers might give him some hint.

3. To Your Eternity

To Your Eternity is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yoshitoki Oima. The story follows a mysterious immortal being or you can say an immortal orb, who’s sent to the Earth with no emotions nor identity.

In the beginning, it looked like an orb but it was more than an orb. It could replicate any form or shape of those around that has strong energy or force. At first, it was just a sphere then it turned into rock. When the temperature drops and the snow falls, it inherits the moss. Once an injured lone wolf comes limping by and lays down like he is about to die, it takes over the form of an animal. Eventually, it becomes a young boy who explores the tundra.

A young boy who was recently formed in a being until it meets a boy starts learning about what it means to be a human, what it means to have desires, and to come into contact with a different type of people and their culture.

2. Tokyo Revengers

When we talk about an anime where MC has power or the ability to leap through time, there are too many, right? Now let’s take an example of an anime, “Erased” where a young man has the ability that sends him back in time, or “the girl who leapt through time” also known as “Toki Wo Kakeru Shoujo”. Now you have slightly an idea of what’s gonna happen in anime.


In Tokyo Revengers, The main character is Takemichi Hanagaki with no direction in life, works a trash job, and gets bullied by the local criminals. One day he heard the news about his ex-girlfriend from middle school, Hinata Tachibana as well as her brother Naoto, are killed by the Tokyo Manji Gang.
Fortunately, when Takemichi is pushed in front of a train, he leaped through time exactly 12 years past when he was in middle school and got a chance to save his girlfriend as well as his future.

1. My Hero Academia (5th Season)

My Hero Academia has returned this spring with season 5. Yeah, I know this is not a new anime but it is the hottest currently airing anime. Another season of my hero academia has a 1-year gap, because of the pandemic, season 4 and 5 has a 2-year gap.

It was the most anticipated My Hero Academia season that has come this spring. To be honest, The wait wasn’t so bad! we’ll be finally seeing the “Joint Training” arc which means a ton of action-packed fights between Class 1-A and Class 1-B. who will be the winner of this joint training battle? will it be class 1-A or class 1-B? what do you think?
